We will check and record the standard of services. we'll send you a monthly questionnaire to discuss all our areas of services not just on cleaning but customer services levels. On the commencement of contract all items that's required to be cleaned are going to be listed
In addition, an independent random check inspection using an equivalent system are going to be administered by the world manager to see cleaning zones.
